Whatever your situation, we will endeavor to ensure that you will be welcomed and taken care of at the time and place most appropriate for you to join us at the Felix.
We suspect that the most common scenarios will be the following:

You live in Thailand, or you will have been in Thailand for a while on your own:

In this case, you can, on 27 December, choose one of the following options:

	You can join us directly at the Felix (see our page "Map" for directions)
	You can join the shuttle bus that will leave Soi Samahan at 9.00am for Kanchanaburi – thanks for booking your seat when completing the questionnaire we have sent you, or by notifying us by email

You arrive in Thailand prior to 27 December and you request our assistance:

In this case, we will make special arrangements to help you, upon your arrival in Thailand, for your transfer from the airport to the hotel that will have been booked by us, by Exotissimo or by yourselves – don't forget to give us all details in the questionnaire we have sent you. These arrangements can be made by using public transportation or helping you rent a car for the duration of your stay.

On 27 December,
	If you have rented a car, we will give all the necessary instructions to the driver so that he can take you to the Felix at your convenience
	If you depend on public transportation, we will book for you a seat in the shuttle bus that will leave Soi Samahan at 9.00am for Kanchanaburi

You arrive in Thailand on 27 December:

In this cas, you will have been invited at the time of your booking to indicate your estimated time of arrival, place of origin and flight number. Exotissimo will record all this information and organize your welcome at your arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

You will therefore have the possibility to:
	Rent a car that will wait for you at the airport and take you to the Felix – The Exotissimo guides will give you assistance for directions, but you should not forget to print out the maps available in our page "Map" for your driver.
	Follow the Exotissimo guide, who will take you promptly to the Felix by bus or van, depending on the number of guests arriving at the same time. Please note that the price of this shuttle is included in your package.

You wish to rent a car upon your arrival:
	We suggest you book a car by using car rental websites such as below. This professional services are very much used to such situations and will ensure that the car of your choice will wait for you at the airport
	If necessary in case of problem or specific case, we will rent a car locally for you and we will give all instructions so that it waits for your arrival at the airport
	All standard car types are available for rent in Thailand. If you are several, it is very common to rent a van containing 6 people (VIP), 9 or 12 people – a very convenient solution when you plan to travel with several people and your luggage (or to pick up friends on the way)
	In most cases, you will be automatically advised to rent a car with driver. Indeed, the additional cost is minimal and this is a solution we strongly recommend to anybody not very familiar with the rather anarchical Thai traffic, for reasons of comfort and security. If you adopt this solution, don't forget to notify us in advance, so that we can take measures to ensure that your driver can be fed and lodged on site
	If you decide to driver yourselves, we remind you of the fact that you will need an international driving license. Make sure you obtain it in your country before your departure
